Help us to continue changing lives. We rely on your support to make a difference for people in Richmond borough.
Citizens Advice Richmond has been providing free, confidential and independent advice and support to the local people of Richmond borough for nearly 80 years.
Last year we helped 6,400 residents and improved household income overall by £1.3 million. Much of this was securing entitlement to benefits income for people with disabilities and long-term health problems, carers and people in low paid work. We reduced debt repayments for our clients by £120,000, helping them to manage their essential bills and outgoings such as rent and council tax.
Why the community needs us
We provide a range of community benefits. Through our work, we have a positive impact on health and well-being, support those with disabilities, and help with housing, debt, mortgage arrears and eviction. Clients also benefit from our money advice services, including information on energy bills and access to fuel grants. Our pro bono legal service provides free access to professional legal advice.
You can support our work by making a donation.

- We need £10,000 a year to keep our Manage Your Money project going
