Ways to support us with a donation

Most people think that their Citizens Advice is Government-funded, and will always be there. However, our existence is decided year by year, depending on the finances and changing priorities of a number of sources.

Click to donate to Citizens Advice Richmond

Every donation we receive helps secure our services for years to come.

    Single or monthly donations

You can support Citizens Advice Richmond by making a single or monthly donation.

Gift Aid increases the value of donations by allowing us to reclaim basic rate tax on your gift. If you pay higher rate tax you can claim extra relief on your donations. If you claim higher Personal Allowances or tax credits, Gift Aid donations can sometimes increase your entitlement.

    Leaving a legacy

We need IT equipment, help with premises and facilities, training new volunteers and much more. The promise of funding many years into the future is crucial in enabling us to provide free, independent, confidential advice. Leaving a legacy in your will is your chance to help us continue our important work, without using up any savings you may need for your retirement years. What is more, as legacies to charities are exempt from Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax, more of the value of your money will be spent in the way that you decide.
