    We are recruiting volunteers!

At Citizens Advice Richmond we play a vital role in our local community – giving information and advice to help people to find their way forward with the problems they face. Our services are in more demand than ever.

As a volunteer you’ll help make a real difference to local people’s lives during Covid-19 and beyond. You’ll also build on valuable skills such as communication, listening and analysing. But crucially you’ll make a big impact helping Citizens Advice Richmond during the pandemic and after.

    We are looking for:

    • Telephony Assistants – answer incoming calls from clients, take details and process these into our recording system
    • Reception and Administration Volunteers – as we re-open our advice services from our Covid-secure offices, you would greet clients who arrive by appointment, and assist with incoming and outgoing document processing
    • Translators – help Citizens Advice Richmond and other local not-for-profit services – written or verbal translation, any language spoken locally

Click here for more details and how to apply.
