Christmas Advice Line Hours

Our Advice Line will close for the festive break on Wednesday, 24th December at 11:00 AM.

The line will reopen on its normal schedule from Monday, 5th January 2026.

Due to high demand for our telephone service, you may have to try several times before getting through (there’s no queuing system and it’s not possible to leave a message).  Please note, we only provide services to those who live, work or study in the borough of Richmond-upon-Thames.
