Citizens Advice Richmond is proud to partner with the Richmond Foundation to deliver the Catalyst Grant. Richmond Foundation Catalyst Grant provides financial support to individuals in need, aimed at improving their quality of life and overall well-being.
For Our Partner Organisations
As a trusted partner organisation, you can apply for a Catalyst Grant on behalf of a client you are supporting. We rely on your professional judgment and knowledge of the client’s circumstances to help us assess applications and deliver timely support to those in need.
Before You Apply
To ensure a smooth process, please consider the following before submitting an application:
- Read the Guidance: Please see the Guide to the Catalyst Fund before submitting an application. This contains important details about the grant’s criteria and scope.
- Client Consent: You must have the client’s explicit consent to share their personal and financial information with Citizens Advice Richmond and the Richmond Foundation for the purpose of this application.
- Complete Information: The application form includes questions about the client’s situation and the potential impact of the grant. Please provide as much detail as possible to support the decision-making process.
How to Apply
- Complete the Form: Fill in your details and your client’s details in the secure application form below.
- Submit with Password: To finalise the submission, you will need to enter the partner password. If you are a new partner organisation or do not have the password, please email catalystgrant@citizensadvicerichmond.org to request it.
What Happens Next?
Applications from partner organisations are reviewed by a dedicated approver. We aim to make a decision promptly.
Important Note on Payments: Please be aware that approved Catalyst Grants are processed for payment on Fridays only. Due to high demand and payment processing limits, some payments may be rolled over to the following week. It is very important that clients are advised it may take up to two weeks for funds to be received after the application has been submitted and approved.
