Financial Resilience Navigator

About the Financial Resilience Navigator Project

The Financial Resilience Navigator is a targeted support service for residents of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames who are facing significant barriers to accessing mainstream advice services. This project aims to help individuals with complex and multiple needs—including financial hardship, housing insecurity, and mental health challenges—who require a more tailored, hands-on approach to navigate support systems and improve their financial stability.

We welcome referrals from both internal colleagues and external partners working with individuals who meet our eligibility criteria. If you are working with someone who could benefit from this specialised support, please complete the referral form below.
