The Women’s Sanctuary Programme, run by Richmond Mind as part of their Refugee Women’s Project, is a safe and nurturing space created especially for women from refugee backgrounds. It offers gentle, trauma-informed support in a compassionate and non-judgemental environment, where you can take steps at your own pace.
Their women’s sanctuary programme creates a space where you can be yourself, feel supported, and build meaningful connections. You may find this space helpful if you are feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a safe and supportive place to connect with others.
